The service
ZoningFeed provides a subscription software service that organizes publicly published municipal planning materials into a regional dashboard and related email digests. Access is granted according to your plan and selected coverage.
Subscriptions
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping payment methods current. We may change plan features with notice; material price changes apply prospectively.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape beyond permitted API/export entitlements, resell raw feeds without an Enterprise agreement that allows it, or use the service to harass or break the law.
Not legal advice
ZoningFeed is an information tool. Content derived from municipal sources is provided for diligence support and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Always verify critical facts against the original municipal source documents and qualified counsel where required.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoningFeed and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to ZoningFeed in the twelve months before the claim.
