What we collect

Account data (email, display name, subscription tier, region access), billing identifiers from Stripe, product usage needed to operate the service (for example login sessions and API usage for Enterprise keys), and messages you send through the contact form.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, deliver the regional ledger and weekly brief, process payments, prevent abuse, and respond to support or sales inquiries. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Cloudflare D1 — application database hosting.
Resend — email delivery (OTP login, weekly brief, contact notifications).
Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.

Retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. Newsletter suppression and unsubscribe records may be retained to honor opt-out requests. Contact-form messages are retained as needed to respond and improve support.
